Yes, if you know what suffering actually means. When I feel like getting out of the particular situation so hard, I am suffering. Even while I watch some movie, there is a strong willing for certain scenes to pass away, I suffer there. How about if you try to change something but with equanimity and acceptance whatever the outcome.

Okay but practically we also eat, work, wash etc, we are never just watching. I think by 'watching' you might mean 'being in harmony with'...? An absence of resistance. No, you are actually watching your eating, working, washing, you are not doing it. I'm not sure what you mean by 'you are not doing it'. When eating dinner there is an 'involvement' with the eating isn't there'? Yes there is an awareness that eating is happening, but there is also an engaging with the activity. Arms are moving, mouth is chewing, tastes are experienced.

You don't like something to happen so you are reacting towards certain event to change it's outcome.

And do you wish for the suffering itself to pass away in that situation? That situation is causing the suffering, So it's inherent in me to move away from there. If it's a movie, I can't do anything, so I have the strong desire to move that scene somehow. If it's reality, I might be reactionary to that certain event to change that scenario.

Yes I understand what you mean by that, but experiencing is 'an involvement'...a 'participating', an 'engaging'.

Right, so movie scene leads to suffering (wanting to move away from it). Do you then want to move away from the wanting to move away from it?

Once I read that there is a English movie(I know the name but I don't want to reveal here) where people start to walk away from theater while they watch that movie.
