So after feeling I had to meditate then beating myself up for missing a day. I now am free from that.

An interest in meditating for the present moment benefit (immediate sense of joy, pleasure, quietude, etc,) may indeed still continue to arise...what doesn't continue though is that self-berating, SVP inspired judgment that it should happen or needs to happen so that a positive future situation, beyond here and now, can be secured. |
