There is "relative knowledge" only, available, regarding that which appears. And when it comes to even relative 'certain' knowing that perception, experiencing, reading, hearing, sensing, etc, are happening, direct, imminent perceiving/experiencing itself, is necessary. Your observation of what others say/do/how they react, is not equal to the direct, imminent knowing of perception/experience.

In other words, relatively speaking, Solipsism cannot be refuted.

SR though reveals the fallacy of a personal mind that is "owned/possessed" relative to other apparent minds, thus, the erroneous ideas inherent to Solipsism are seen through...SR reveals the fallacy of "a perceiver/experiencing entity" that exists as a something that "perceives/experiences."

I'm sure I'm not the first one to tell you that experience cannot be relied upon for the Absolute Truth?



You seem quite attached to your story of Figgles as someone whose "goat" has been got and thus, everything she does or says, any push-back at all, as you see it, MUST necessarily equal angry, egoic, knee-jerk reactions.

I can assure you that's not at all how it is....that there's light-heartedness behind even my responses to you and others who demonstrate what appears to be a rather strong dislike of me and my writings here, but I'm well aware your opinion of me is at present, firmly rooted & that's ok.

I've come to expect and accept angry responses as ideas get challenged and pointers to emptiness get stated. In fact, I'd go as far as to say, that anger/annoyance/irritation at having your views challenged, is a sign that there's been a teensy glimmer and it's the SVP/egoic mind reacting to what it perceives to be a threat to itself. So.....perhaps that anger might even fit the bill of "auspicious"?




I didn't and wouldn't term it that way, actually. I'm not asking for nor expecting "respect" per se from you....and I didn't mention the term "personal boundaries" either. Rather, this is my forum and I'm "telling you" what will be accepted here and what won't. For the most part, I give huge leeway, mostly because of what I said above; Before the Truth is accepted, there is often egoic anger...as the SVP starts to lose footing, egoic/mind usually WILL rise up to fight against the Truth.

I don't get that. You obviously sought out my fb page to find it and then went to some effort to put my face into your kung-foo body pic. I actually laughed pretty hard when I initially saw you'd done that, but the same day you did, and posted my book, about every 2nd day since, I've been receiving fb invites from older dudes...profiles that are very obviously fake...twice now, someone tried to hack my fb page.

If anyone wanted badly to find out my name and such, it would be pretty easy as I link to my art and have shared my book, etc, however, my identity is really not important at all to what I do here and when those blatant postings of identity are clearly garnering attention from wierdos, my interest is to remove them.

As I said, YOUR rather intense interest in my personal info hits me as creep/odd and that alone is good enough reason fro me to put the kibosh on it all. You seem kind of unbalanced. There...I said it. I'm betting SDP is feeling it too the way you went after him, trying to get him to apologize for something he didn't even do.



Any "public" forum whose content/posts are mostly re: Nonduality/Truth, as I see it, are fair game for direct challenge/dharma challenge/response, be it on that Nonduality forum, or another. The fact that you take such issue with having your espoused views about spirituality challenged, offers you a stellar point of inquiry if you should find yourself interested.
