The mind is ego. The body encapsulates the mind. The heart is a pumping organ where the self and super self lie. They are located in the sino-atrial node and atrio-ventricular node of the heart. They are the electrical impulses that cause the heart to beat. Their activities never stop. If they do, the heart stops beating. It`s the mind/ego that tells the body to move around and do what it wants to do. The body is a machine, a robot. Yet, ".. it`s only from the heart one can see clearly ( says the Fox to the Little Prince). What is essential is invisible to the eye. " What to do with mind/ego so others ( self and super self ) may live a peaceful life? Brain-cuff it with mantras and whatever ( non-dual philosophy ).

This is from another forum (SF) that was posted this morning and I thought it fits here:
I think it's an intriguing theory.

By braincuffing the mind/ego, love which is situated in the heart is released from the prison cell of hate. Within the heart lies the absolute truth, love . It is always there. It is vast and unimaginable. Everything may come and go. What remains everywhere is love. It is eternal. Whil hate is born of the mind/ego. What comes from the heart is pure. What comes from the mind/ego is impure. Braincuffing the impure releases that which is pure. Love is pure. Hate is impure. The mind/ego needs to be braincuffed with mantras or whatever. Anything negative like hate and envy disappear. Everything positive like love and kindness appear.
