in the interest of inner guide testimonials.. twisted my ankle this morning.. and fell to the ground like a sack of potatoes.. but it was such a graceful fall! I was standing on an incline when my ankle gave way.. but instead of fighting the inevitable, I accepted a controlled fall to the ground.. the ankle sprained, but no other damage.. motrin, ice and an ace bandage now please send prayers or good energy and/or muttley snickers.. hehe  Energy sent! |
