Personally I like linseed oil. I like to drizzle it on my genitals and rub it in good.

in the interest of inner guide testimonials.. twisted my ankle this morning.. and fell to the ground like a sack of potatoes.. but it was such a graceful fall! I was standing on an incline when my ankle gave way.. but instead of fighting the inevitable, I accepted a controlled fall to the ground.. the ankle sprained, but no other damage.. motrin, ice and an ace bandage now please send prayers or good energy and/or muttley snickers.. hehe

Psychoanalyst Andrew wonders if you are subconsciously trying to show yourself how great modern medicine is. A somewhat painful way to do it. If so, hopefully you have proved your point now. Nevertheless, sending you some diamond violet light and some unicorn kisses for your boo boos.

Thank you for the new age well wishes.. the ankle feels fine this morning so I think my quick thinking controlled fall was the best I could have done under the circumstances. Ya know, I only had about a half a second to survey the situation, gather and process complex information and then make a conscious decision before the decision was made for me. I think most people in that situation would have 'tried to catch themselves'.. fought to remain upright.. and resisted the fall.. And in a half a second I concluded that the 'building was collapsing' and I'd best get out if the way.. but that's probably just like remaining alert during a car crash and not just closing your eyes hoping for the best..

It's amazing how much 'thought' can happen in just half a second....a very fast weighing up of all the variables and factors. I've listened to surfers talk about this too when they ride big waves, it can make just a single second feel much longer. Then I guess there's a different type of thought which is more the self-crippling kind and isn't useful.

Context:
1. the parts of a written or spoken statement that precede or follow a specific word or passage, usually influencing its meaning or effect: 'You have misinterpreted my remark because you took it out of context.'
2. the set of circumstances or facts that surround a particular event, situation, etc.
