Am tickled pink, just received notice I've been included in artists featured in 'Primary Colors" Art Exhibit/contest....Honorable recognition for LightSpacetime, online gallery. Hafta say, if ever there were a case of defying that A-H assertion that there can never be a happy outcome to an unhappy journey, this is it! I struggled like hell with this piece....unlike most of the paintings I do, it was NOT fun....a real struggle....worked on it way longer than any other painting to date....re-did all sorts of shit that wasn't working out.....but, I love the outcome and it's set me now with a sense of having a new direction/style...so go figure!   |
