Continual context flipping again throughout.....I really do wonder if she's at all conscious that she is saying something very different, or at least presenting the info. very differently than she did in the past. She used to present as extremely clear...but now there's complexity...hard to follow as she jumps from an Absolute context to the relative, at times declaring the relative to be akin to 'dream content,' and at others times, reifying facets of the dream content as causal to future appearing dream content....It's as though for a minute second, she sees and expresses Truth and then it slips away in the next moment and she expresses delusion. Very odd, particularly considering how clearly she used to express fundamental Truth. Yes, I haven’t listened to it all yet but it is v odd. Most of it, i love and she expresses well but then talks about healing which we know implies a someone wanting to heal and a labeling that the illness is wrong or bad. Then she says everything is the will of the one, so that contradicts the trying to heal and improvement stuff. You're not there, stop there. just leave it all alone really is the better message. |

An excellent video here....Francis Lucille eloquently makes the point that awareness is not an object... cannot be perceived...it is not a perceivable...not phenomenally known. To awaken, We must dissolve identification with all things phenomenal...that includes aliveness...a field of energy that imbues individual objects with it's substance...anything at all that can be imagined...conceptualized...anything that is a perceivable some-thing.....has gotta go. It's not good enough to simply collapse all discrete, apparent objects, things into a perceived, phenomenally knowable, "singular something." That singular something (energetic field...aliveness....energy substrate) is STILL a perceivable some-thing. Awareness still lies beyond/prior to that. (Unfortunately, looks like you have to go to youtube to view....well-worth it if you ask me!) Sorry Figgles, I don’t think you’ve awoken because you keep hoping from teacher to teacher.   |

Another video based on & rife with confusion.
She starts out suggesting that appearances must be denied to see/access that which abides. That's flat out brown-bearism. There is no need to deny that which appears/arising within awareness in order to BE grounded in awareness.
It really is enough to see appearance AS appearance only....devoid of it's own inherent existence...absent separation.
But then...she really goes off the Nonduality track and suggests that waking up to see that you are consciousness, no separation, will then necessarily mean that all manifest appearances, all conditions, will 'reflect' that wakefulness...that knowing that "I am God/Consciousness" by conforming to/with personal desires.
Plain and simply, she's mangling Nonduality teachings for the sake of feeding the person and his/her desire for the apparent reality to be something different than what it is.
Waking up means, ultimately being at peace, regardless of what may arising/appearing. And it's true, absent the erroneous idea of being a separate someone/body/mind who exists within an independent world, full of separate, independent things DOES generally equal a difference in terms of experiential content...however, there are no guarantees that content will conform to mind's judgmental ideas about how it 'should' be.
In fact, once fully awake, desires per are very unlikely to arise...to deeply, needfully want for phenomenal reality to be something other than what it currently is, there has to be a sense of separation in play. Absent that, there are still personal preferences...likes, dislikes, but they are absent the overlay of separate personhood that gives them weight and drags them down into 'neediness.'
True freedom does not lie in an experience of seemingly being able to control/manipulate the appearing world to conform with need based, personal desires, it lies in knowing that regardless of what is appearing on the surface of things, fundamentally, all is perfect...the idea of 'shoulds' dissolves in the dissolution of the separate 'me.'

Interesting talk about 'becoming more conscious,' and expectations re: behavior of 'the person.' I've been watching and enjoying a fair bit of Mooji in the last 2 weeks. Makes me laugh though coz he usually says something like....'I have very little to say, I want to make it very simple'.....and then talks for half an hour lol |
