Yeah, He did I checked it now. Laffy doesn't want anyone to come here. How puny of him. It really is. A very personal response indeed that indicates much. For those of you who can still get in...feel free to 'bump' my invite (in marketing section of ST) if you should feel moved to do so. After all....The more the merrier! (edit: no need....he must have deleted his post....he had responded to one of them currently beneath mine to bring it to the top, and it's now gone....my invite now sits at the top of marketing...vewy interesting indeed. )

He has created new post. I don't know why Laffy often reacts like a child. I am confused in the case of Laffy, he writes meaningful post many a times but the way he reacts doesn't replicate his talk. My wondering continues to happen even right now.

Personally, I find this side of Laffy, his childish and a bit competitive persona, the most authentic in his (personal) arrangement of (odd) character-traits.

My wondering continues to happen even right now. Yes, for a guy who speaks as though he has supposedly transcended 'peep' hood, he is very emotionally reactive. Definitely a walk vs. talk issue, there. Over time, the reality of how another perceives self and how he experiences the world, gets revealed through the way he expresses. There is just no getting away from that. Anyone can say they are awake or that they've transcended personhood, but there are certain patterns of behavior that give away what's really going on.

In his lashing out and demonstration of overt competitiveness, it's clear, he is certainly not holding back or trying to put something on....or, if he does to some degree do that, he's not very successful. I would always advise one that if the urge to compete or behave childishly or to have a tantrum is the overriding interest, best to just go with it, rather than try to behave differently than you are feeling. After all, Wrestling with genuine feelings is just gonna get you into deeper water.

After all, Wrestling with genuine feelings is just gonna get you into deeper water. I have to admit I'm basically a lapsed Laffy fan-girl since I read his list of his top five teachers. Here it is: "Roughly in chronological order of encounter: (1) Carl Sagan (2) The public education system of New York State (3) Amit Goswammi (4) Any musician that ever lived (5) Eckhart Tolle (6) William Shakespeare (a.k.a. Billy Shakes) (7) Each and every one of my internet correspondents since 2010 (8) Nisargadatta Maharaj (a.k.a. Niz)" Read more: spiritualteachers.proboards.com/thread/837/list-top-5-teacher-authors?page=6#ixzz4hhBKFSa9I totally agree on number two when it would read: the public education systems in all true real democracies. Amit Goswammi I've never heard of. Eckhard Tolle I'm not so sure he's not a so called spiritual materialist who financially milks middle-class seekers (with a little help from Ophra) because that's what most psycho-therapists do also. And number seven, in my book, would read like this: Everybody I've ever encountered in my whole life, no exeption. Number four, number six and number eight I totally, completely, wholeheartedly agree on. I respect Laughters intelligence and his dedication to the forum he is a longtime member and poster of. And he can be pretty funny, in other words: He's not a bore. If we would know each other in the real world I assume we would be having a good time when hanging out together like friends do.

Laughter writes many meaningful things for sure. I like many of his writings, But he doesn't walk according to what he talks. Reefs has closed all the boundary to fight with each other, so laffy is in trouble because he wants to fight with people and that's his passion. Though I hate Reefs, there are some of the things which he did is excellent, one of the things that he did was closing the Unmoderated Discussion.
