I've become attached to Vernon because of his honesty and courage; something I hope becomes infectious and turns into a worldwide pandemic of integrity.Yes! Agreed. Whatever they hell you & Marie did to bring on the rain.... get busy!! Haha I nearly said exactly the same thing to him last night. And it wouldn't have been wholly a joke by any means!

Axchooly, we've been working with the virus since it's creation, but turns out it doesn't really have much to do with how deadly the virus is, which is why I've come to value courage and integrity so much.

I do believe there is a virus....I don't think even the most ardent of questioners would disbelieve that.....but as you say, integrity would go a long way right now. I've thought on and off all day today about your recent experience, it moved me, and perhaps helped me to slightly heal something too. I'm grateful for the gratitude you felt.

Amit asks a valid question and the quote plays in perfectly.
The nondual perspective illuminates all of it as dream-stuff....empty appearance only and where that perspective abides, there will be no suffering due to the various twists and turns of the story.
However, that doesn't mean there's an absence of caring/interest. And that's where the 'knowing you are everything is Love' comes into play. How could the story NOT to some degree captivate attention?...it's all God/Godding....it's freakin' amazing that something is appearing at all.
The key is, so long as there's groundedness in/as awareness, the story remains but a story....perhaps at times a very compelling story, but where there is freedom, sight is never lost of it all, ultimately, being empty.

Which means, bodhisattva's have no need to practice/apply law of attraction practices. Where there is no fundamental objection to what's arising, nirvana IS.

Excellent post Reefs. I would have bet that while not all on these forums are awake to the dream/SR, that pretty much everyone IS awake to the consensus trance and thus, when it comes to the game of politics being played out, they are able to stand back from all of it, perhaps still with an opinion but still able to take a birds eye view and thus, see the 'political game' for a game....and the various players, as players...but still, fellow human beings as such. yeah...apparently not so. (High five also on your post that follows... )

Really well said Andrew. This same gratitude has been playing around in my mind too recently. Regardless of any argument we may have on these 2 forums, all of you are still far more in tune with me and my true/deepest interests, seeings, way of looking at life, than most folks I encounter off forum. Even in the face of vehement disagreement, these are very special and important exchanges that happen. That said, and really 'because of that,' it does seem a shame that I'm still banned from ST and thus, can't directly engage in the conversations over there that interest me, but I still get a semblance of conversing in being able to read the posts and address them freely over here, so not so bad really. I'll take it! Through debating with (and being unfriended by.. ) a few fb friends over the subject of Corona, it's actually made it clear just how reasonable most forum members really are in terms of being able to argue and not completely write each other off for having a different views....and even if they do at one point seem to write another off, there's lots of evidence of re-thinking things, forgiving and forgetting, which I can't say I'm seeing with the fb folks.

Appreciated your words here a lot too. I've been on and off twitter again this week, and I've been taken aback several times by the reactivity and aggression displayed....and I do attempt to word things in such way that don't encourage that kind of reactivity and aggression! We really have had a lot of fun on the forums in the last 10 years.

I know, right? Take my most carefully worded post here and multiply that "carefulness" by 20, and that's what I do when discussing Corona on fb, and STILL....great personal offence is taken. Yes! It's honestly been one of the highlights in terms of meaningful communication/relationship when I look at it in the 'big scheme,'.....lots of fun, deep enjoyment....fulfillment....yeah, in short, just incredibly grateful for you and everyone else who has 'graced' my screen.
