I'd say, An impetus to get out of bed to cuddle a cold, wet kitten, is fueled by the heart, not the mind. But the heart has no control over the body. The heart has to convince the mind why a kitten in distress has to be rescued. When the heart feels, the information is processed in the mind and the body acts accordingly what the mind interprets what the heart wants the body to do. The 'heart' (in the way I mean here) has neither control nor is it a convincer....it's just the inspiration to loving action when mind is not getting in the way.

Did you know the heart is always telling the mind/ego to do something every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every week, every month, every year if not for the rest of its life? Try to get hold of a stethoscope. Place the bell of the stet on your chest. You will hear the heart sounds. If you listen carefully you will hear the sounds of the heart beats go this way, " Lub..gud..lub..gud..lub..gud..lub..gud..lub gud. " Heart sounds may change when there are murmurs. So, what does the abnormal heart sounds tell?
