Peeps can't resist taking the moral high ground. A way to try to atone for the hoards of shitty stuff they know they've done, but won't fess up to.  ( Hey, I'm on a cynicism trip here....spiritual ego run amok...it's kinda fun...  ) Me too! I'm watching myself as I grow tired of the nonsense and abuse, which it seems was directed at all the frog peters this time, which doesn't actually make it less nonsensical or abusive. |

I understand how losing interest can happen. I regularly lose interest when the discussion gets too poopy pants. Who's responsible for the mess becomes a highly subjective issue usually driven by personal judgment, group loyalties, and agenda, and mostly unconsciously, just as the poopy pants discussions are. I can ignore poopy discourse but not poopy moderator decisions. Yes. And I've noticed when you do, you don't keep returning to the poopy point to counter it in indirect address. You just call it for what it is, 'poopy pants' and move on. Which, in typical poopy pants style, sometimes gets called an inability to defend my position.  |

Peeps can't resist taking the moral high ground. I see you focused on peace and fairness at times, which is all good but I'm guessing you find as thankless as moderating. But it doesn't leave a taste of moral superiority, at least not on my tongue. |

No, just what I wrote instead: your interest is intense, laser-like, and focused on various facets of their personas. Sure...that's one view. But, If you back up a little though, look at the bigger pic, (there is one!) it could be said what my focus is really upon is mind in general and the machinations and the silly games thereof....the ways that fears, avoidance, ultimately, 'attachments,' plays out in behaviors that then get excused so that nice comfy feelings can remain. Specific persons who appear to be exhibiting that aside, a more general tendency of mind is being illuminated. The personal view of what's going on, while not wrong per se, is limited. I understand that's how it seems that way to you, sure.  |

His character is destined that way. I knew this very long back but when you were close friend of him once you did not notice that. Now you are noticing the truth that he has not known or realized not even a single thing . I'm willing to admit that I was not able to see some things about him, but there's also volumes of evidence unearthed by Figs that makes it clear something has radically changed. Nothing changed from my point of view. This is what I have been observing about everyone. Reefs,Andrew,Tenka and ZD. |
