I think it is a, two shoe, one at a time, drop. but none of this stuff in print means much of anything.. all that matters is how your actual life is going. |

I think it is a, two shoe, one at a time, drop. but none of this stuff in print means much of anything.. all that matters is how your actual life is going. If it's a 'two shoe, one at a time drop,' then the seeing through of the SVP was not complete. And yeah, sure, glimpses that get larger...longer, and then culminate in full awakening, do seem to be par for the course for many, according to how the stories go. Fwiw, "being free" does not necessarily mean that life is always going perfectly smoothly....nothing personally judged to be relatively amiss. Even in full wakefulness, the story is going to move up and down in terms of some things aligning perfectly with surface, relative 'likes' and sometimes not. The overarching story/dream is all ultimately accepted/allowed, and that up and downing in terms of relative experience, is part & parcel of that. |

Really enjoyed this one....in somewhat different words, what he's saying is akin to E's "God falls into his own dream." Also addresses the feeling/sense of the me character's free will and put it in it's place very nicely. Spira has a way with metaphor...finding a story to try to point to that which ultimately defies words.

I feel for the girl asking the question, it’s hard to get from the mind. Yes Spira has a lovely way with words. |
