Hope so...sounds like you could use some support. No, I don't understand completely what you're going through, but interestingly enough, a dear friend of mine is going through something that appears to be similar right now....very up and down in mood...panic attacks....crying out of the blue, off/on....very emotional at times and then zoned out...then back to normal.....his personality in the past has been completely laid back and chill....so this is quite a dramatic change in that sense. I don't need any help from anyone... but it was nice to hear his counsel during various parts of the ride |
