Fine, but my point is, I really don't think I said that, thus, without a quote demonstrating that I did, your point of the past several posts that I supposedly used that term myself, falls flat. |

Who is saying that what you are relies on memory? Truth is always here and now. Below you are characterizing your knowing of Truth to be direct for two reasons....both past experiences that you are now remembering. Satchi: "I know that to be true directly because of two reasons. Firstly prior to realization I experienced temporary samadis which is the experience of pure objectless awareness and after realization that pure awareness coexisted along with the experience of objects. You weren't merely talking about having memories of how things were before, you said that your knowing of truth was direct, based upon memory. Direct knowing is NOT based on memory...rather, it's direct/imminent...evident, here/now. This is what you said: "I know that to be true directly because of two reasons...." And your two reasons were memory based on past experience vs. present, imminent seeing...here/now. You're just too crazy to have a conversation with. You can't see the inherent contradiction between what you're saying now and your normal statements which are happening in time and which depend on memory. You've completely lost it! |

Unlike figgles who has a conceptual understanding and requires a crutch made of pointers, I know that to be true directly because of two reasons.
