(I copied video at specific time as they are discussing 1976 weather modification experiment using dry ice to modify hurricane...it apparently ended up diverting it to another direction and making it worse).

No I was not. That's a reasonable thing to suspect, given the proximity to the lab of the original cases. It's also possible that it's from nature. Or maybe someone released it there to frame the lab. We may never have much certainty on that, unfortunately. Yes, I'm certain people can't steer hurricanes. Cloud seeding is well understood. Magic laser beams or whatever that push massive amounts of air are not a thing. Have you taken the time actually watch/read the explanations given by those say otherwise? And, vangoober, just wondering, are you 'Art' who used to post here and on ST? Bump.  |
