Andrew: Well the graphs don't lie, and your death rate is still below that of the global average! Our death rate in the UK was much worse. You may be okay....your country has difficulties as you say, I imagine that there are a lot of people crammed into small areas in parts of the country, and I also understand that hospital facilities in some areas are poor. Yes, could be difficult for a while. But, also, your country is now issuing medicine which has been shown to work in many studies around the world....it is medicine we are still not allowed to take in our country. I think your doctors have a bit more freedom than ours. Plus, as with many other countries, your difficult period is coinciding with your flu season....it was exactly the same here too. The flu season came to an end, and the death rate declined too.
We don't know what will happen I agree, but there are a couple of things there that might serve you all well.
If you want to give your body a useful protective boost (or perhaps your family), then a good daily supplemental dose of Vitamin D (with K2 for absorption) is something many people take. There are many many studies supporting this.

Yup. One of our health leaders in Canada had to gall to label that advice 'fake news.' She's getting roasted pretty good for it...but still, only by more fringe media outlets.

Liberal Health Minister Patty Hajdu claimed in the House of Commons on Thursday that Vitamin D supplementation as an additional preventive measure against COVID-19 infection was “fake news.”
Hajdu made the comments in response to a question posed to her by Independent MP Derek Sloan on why Health Canada is not actively recommending Canadians to take the supplement.
