Nah, I can't really buy into that, but I think I understand the point you're making. The ten gazillion thingies are myriad indeed, and there do seem to be many existential insights/realizations - even deep ones - that leave ego with a tight grip. If the question is, can I die and still be there to witness my death? The answer is no. That 'no' is the reason that you fear your death and in the process temper the fear by retreating into intellectual Freedom. First of all, no question here, friend.
And I think it's amusing that you're the one writing about reincarnation and then impugning fear of death to me after I broke the bad news to you about it being a fairytale.

If the question is can I die and still be here? The answer is Yes, because it's not the body that dies, it is who you've been taking yourself to be that dies. That being said, even if the body dies, you'll still be here. You just won't be able to talk about, until you enter a new human form. You don't need to die to know that you are not the body. Remove a hand or an arm and you still remain. I'm not asking you to amputate anything mind you so please don't try this at home. If the question is can I stay alive and experience True Freedom? The answer is no. You will only ever experience intellectual Freedom.

If the question is, will I still be here if die? The answer is yes. If the question is what will be here after I die? The answer is what is already here, Formless Awareness. Formless Awareness is always creating trillions upon trillions upon trillions of forms, no one knows which form it will take in the next moment. That is why I say that we are Formless Awareness on a journey through the Infinite.

But since Formless Awareness is always creating trillions upon trillions of forms, no one knows which form it will take. Oh, there are no if's and's or but's about the inevitability, finality and totality of death. True enough, that what was never born can't die. Ultimately, the notion of "creation" is a misconceived optical illusion of the mind.

If the question is, what will happen to my intellectual Freedom if I die before I die? The answer is, nothing. It can remain there. It is not in conflict with True Freedom. But more than likely there won't be any interest in propagating those fairytales.

"source" used to get on these particular themes that he or she would play out repetitively like this.

The answer is, you will have to die and discover that for yourself, which you won't because of fear. So you will just have to add your doubt as a supporting actor, to your intellectual Freedom. Which you'll gladly do.
